All Star Sandwich Bar located in Inman Square, Cambridge makes the most amazing BLT, the American classic with pickle and a serving of slaw on the side. The ambiance is reflected in the tag line, “A Good Sandwich is Like an Old Friend“.  Can you relate? Think about a Tuna Melt with pickles and chips or a hot juicy Reuben. Maybe you would prefer a Turkey Club. Personally I can’t wait to try the Muffuletta (Italian cold-cuts on Scali)! How about a side order of Chili Cheese Fries?

All Star Sandwich Bar is a great example of a small business picking one good thing, and serving it with style, creativity, and excellence. Who doesn’t like a good sandwich anyway? It would be un-American!

My favorite sandwich is a grilled cheese with tomato. Last time I was at The All Star Sandwich Bar, I ordered off the menu, a grilled cheese and tomato on whole wheat. The staff cheerfully prepared it just how I like it.  I was just like the old days when the customer was king.
